Warmed up to 60 today here. The snow in town melted, and the snowline retreated up to about 8000 feet (from 4000).
I will say naught on the competency front.
My worry is that the competent dudes are dying off while we're keeping the inept girls
that just proves that women know how to make a scene and get attention. men try to look for attention and go over board.
